Specification text configurator · cold/hot aisle containment (Data Box · Z-SERVER BOX)

Choose the base, define the components → the specification text with article numbers is generated on the right. Bases: Data Box (Pro) · Z-SERVER BOX (High End). Word/PDF export at the end. All texts based on the ZPAS IT catalogue.

How to use the configurator: Choose the configuration on the left — the specification text is generated live on the right with catalogue or article numbers; use the buttons to export it as Word or PDF for your bill of quantities. Need something the configurator does not cover (special size, special equipment)? Write to info@zpasgroup.de — we will supply the matching text. 🧊 Matching 3D/CAD models (STEP, DWG, DXF) for planning and as an attachment to your specification: 3Dfindit ↗.

1 · Base

2 · Containment

A containment encloses a 1200 mm wide aisle between two rows of cabinets. The cabinets themselves are specified separately using the cabinet configurator.

3 · Cabinets in the row

Standard RAL 7035 and RAL 9005. Other RAL shades as a special paint finish on request.

4 · Layout & aisle roof

Each Data Box has 2 rows facing each other.

Roof modules = cabinets per row × number of Data Boxes (one module per cabinet position). Module width corresponds to the cabinet width from step 3.

5 · Aisle end closure

Glass sliding doors with mechanical drive, complete with roof panel and side panels for the outer end cabinets.

Doors supplied without a lock as standard (room usually secured). For “Electronic lock” please contact ZPAS sales – various solutions are available.

6 · Further components

Partition wall between two cabinets (1 piece per separation point). Baying set: 1 set per 2 bayed cabinets → (cabinets per row − 1) per row, × 2 rows × number of Data Boxes; calculated automatically.
