A 19″ cabinet is only as good as its fit-out: equipment shelves that really carry the load, blanking panels that direct the airflow, cable management that still keeps things tidy after the third conversion. ZPAS manufactures the complete accessories range for its own server racks and racks — here it is in full, grouped and with the key data from the catalogue. Each row links directly to the catalogue page with dimensional drawing and catalogue numbers (RAL 7035 light grey / RAL 9005 black).
Plinths, castors & levelling feet
The base under the cabinet: the 100 mm high plinth is assembled from corners and panels for each side — for Z-SERVER, SZB IT and DSR IT, can be joined in a row and stacked up to four plinths high. If you want to move the cabinet, choose castors; if you need to align it on an uneven floor, levelling feet or levelling sets.
Plinth made of corners and panels
Each element is ordered individually: 4 plinth corners plus panels in the appropriate length — solid, perforated or with brush strip for cable entry. The panels can also be fitted and removed on a loaded cabinet; levelling set (0–10 mm) and vibration dampers can be retrofitted to the corners.
Castors type 150 and type 300
Type 150 (max. 400 kg on 4 castors) for SZB IT and the open racks SRD/SRX; type 300 (max. 600 kg) with support rails for SZB IT, DSR IT and SZE2 PC. Each cabinet uses two castors with and two without a brake.

Equipment shelves — 6 to 200 kg, neatly graded
Nine shelf types cover everything, from the switch to the UPS. The rule of thumb: two profile rails for light equipment, four profile rails for the standard load, six rails with side mounting for the heavyweights. All shelves come with mounting accessories, almost all optionally in RAL 7035 or RAL 9005.
Fixed and pull-out shelves
Mounted on the front profile rails only: 1 U shelves with 6–10 kg for patch panel levels, 2 U shelves, fixed (25 kg) in four usable depths from 250 to 650 mm — or pull-out (20 kg) for equipment that has to come forward for maintenance.
Shelves with adjustable brackets
Mounted at the front and rear, the rear brackets adjustable in length: IS/0.5U fixed (70 kg), ISU/1U with cable openings and cable guide ring (120 kg) for cabinet depths up to 1000 mm — and IR/1U pull-out (30 kg).
Flexible and heavy-duty shelves
The flexible 1 U shelves (150 kg) bridge freely adjustable depths of 350–600 or 500–900 mm. Above that: heavy-duty shelves on six rails, side-mounted — fixed 200 kg, pull-out 140 kg, for SZB IT and Z-SERVER with a depth of 1000/1200 mm.

19″ mounting hardware: profile rails, braces & more
The framework inside the cabinet: 19″ profile rails are available as type STANDARD (15 mm wide) and PREMIUM (12 mm) in heights from 18 to 47 U, plus middle profile rails as an additional installation level. In 600 mm wide cabinets the rails sit directly on the depth braces; in 800 mm wide cabinets offset brackets create the 19″ spacing. In SZE2 PC cabinets only 15 mm rails can be used; the profile rails for Z-SERVER and wall-mounted enclosures are listed with the respective series in the catalogue.
All elements working together
The exploded view in the catalogue shows how everything fits together: profile rails (1), middle rails (2), depth braces (3), offset brackets (4), support rails (5) and cross members (6). Plus mounting sets for rails and equipment — M6 screws, cage nuts, plastic washers.

Baying, earthing & fittings
What turns the cabinet into a finished workplace: the lighting set (LED, optionally with door position switch — light on as soon as the door opens), the document pocket on the door, copper earthing bars horizontal and vertical including cable sets — and roofs that neatly cover the ventilation openings of SZB IT and SZE2 PC.
Lighting set with door switch

Blanking & covers — airflow under control
Open U positions and cable openings mean air leakage: 19″ blanking panels close free spaces (optionally tool-free with sealable connectors), plates with filter mat, brush or foam pass-through serve floor and roof openings, horizontal brushes and vertical blanking panels seal the front of SZB IT cabinets — important wherever cold air is to be directed precisely to the front of the equipment, for example in Databox containment.
Blanking panels 1–6 U
Made of sheet steel or aluminium with M5 earthing stud, mounted with cage nuts — or in the tool-free version with plastic connectors (flammability class UL94-V0), which can also be sealed.
Front sealing for the cold aisle
Horizontal brushes sit below and above the 19″ usable area; vertical blanking panels with brushes (3 versions, 42/45/47 U) close the gap between profile rail and side panel — so that cold air does not flow past the equipment.

Cable management — horizontal and vertical
Ten building blocks for orderly cabling: horizontally the cable management panels (with rings, with cable duct or as a brush panel with support plate for cable reserves), vertically cable ducts, wire mesh and sheet steel cable trays on the depth braces, plus economical PVC ducts with stiffening profile. The cable guide rings in seven sizes fit both panels and profile rails.
All elements working together
The catalogue drawing shows the positions in the cabinet: cable guide rings (1), cable management panel (2), brush panels (3/4), cable guide bar (5), sheet steel cable tray (6), wire mesh cable tray mounted inside/outside (7) and vertical cable duct (8).
Vertical cable routing
The vertical cable duct (100 × 111 mm, 42–47 U) with removable front for 800 mm wide SZB IT; slimmer: the wire mesh cable tray (15.5 mm deep — fits next to the depth brace) or the sheet steel cable tray (30 mm deep), both up to 2000 mm long.

Frequently asked questions — 19″ accessories
Which cabinets does the 19″ accessories range fit?
The range is designed for the ZPAS series SZB IT, DSR IT, Z-SERVER and SZE2 PC, the open racks SRD/SRX, the SJB office network cabinet and the Z-BOX/Z-CUBE wall-mounted enclosures — the matching series is stated for each component. The 19-inch dimensions themselves are standardised (1 U = 44.45 mm), so many components such as blanking panels or cable management panels fit any 19″ cabinet.
How much load can the equipment shelves carry?
Neatly graded from 6 kg to 200 kg static distributed load: light 1 U shelves on two profile rails up to 10 kg, 2 U shelves up to 25 kg, shelves on four profile rails up to 120 kg, flexible shelves with adjustable depth up to 150 kg — and side-mounted heavy-duty shelves on six rails up to 200 kg.
Does ZPAS also supply the accessories fully assembled?
Yes — in the server rack configurator, equipment shelves, blanking panels, lighting and cable management can be ordered directly with the cabinet, which is delivered fitted out from the factory. Individual components are supplied with mounting accessories; most sheet steel parts are available in RAL 7035 (light grey) and RAL 9005 (black).
